Artificial Aging Test

Resistance to Xenon Lamp UV Light and Water Condensation

This test simulates sunlight spectrum using Xenon UV lamps operating at 340 nm or TUV (290-800 nm) wavelengths. The test is conducted under varying humidity, black panel temperature, cabinet conditions, and spray settings. At the end of the test, coatings are examined and analyzed for gloss loss, fading, color change, and any physical degradation. Additionally, in plastic and composite materials, the effects of sunlight and temperature on the material's main properties should be monitored, including dimensional measurements, tensile strength, elongation values, etc.
