Our Test Laboratory, accredited by the TURKISH ACCREDITATION AUTHORITY (TÜRKAK) under the EN ISO 17025 standard in 2012, conducts over 80 tests on Organic Coatings, Metallic Coatings, and Inorganic Coatings. We perform Corrosion Tests, Mechanical Strength Tests, and Environmental Endurance Tests in accordance with European Quality Union and American Standards (DIN, EN, ISO, IEC, NATO AEP, ASTM, MIL). These services help manufacturers in various industries such as Automotive, White Goods, Defense Industry, Aerospace, Metal Industry, General Industry, Electrical-Electronics, Glass, Paint, Chemicals, and other manufacturing sectors obtain internationally recognized test reports and quality certifications, enabling them to compete in global markets. In 2014, METALTEK became an approved laboratory of QUALICOAT, a Swiss-based quality institution, joining the ranks of the eight laboratories worldwide holding this certification. As METALTEK’s international recognition and reputation have grown, it has also begun providing testing services to manufacturers in 14 different countries. Moreover, METALTEK has started performing approval tests for several chemicals used in the Aerospace sector (such as paints, sealants, adhesives, etc.). In the coming years, METALTEK is in ongoing discussions to become a test laboratory recognized by major international aerospace organizations like Airbus and Boeing.
With the TS EN ISO 17043 certification obtained in 2024, METALTEK has become authorized to conduct proficiency testing comparisons among laboratories that hold the TS EN ISO 17025 certification or are in the process of acquiring it, or laboratories wishing to assess their measurement performance. With its high-tech testing equipment, years of testing experience, and professional staff, METALTEK has started its journey to fill a gap in this field. Particularly in the areas of Aging Corrosion Testing, Environmental Durability Testing, and Mechanical Testing, METALTEK plans to regularly organize proficiency testing rounds every year and will continue to support accredited laboratories whenever needed.
As a Turkish brand, METALTEK has transferred its expertise in testing services to the production of test cabinets and equipment. With the motto "The best person to know the test equipment is the one who has used it for years," METALTEK manufactures test devices under its guarantee and brand that can be used by all industries. In 2022, METALTEK began producing Corrosion Testing Equipment, gaining the ability to supply various test devices to many manufacturers both domestically and internationally.
