KVKK: Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including but not limited to personal details such as name, address, phone number, email, ID number, driver’s license number, passport number, and any other data related to an individual.
Protection of Personal Data: Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, any information that can be used to identify or make a natural person identifiable is considered personal data. We would like to inform you about how your personal data will be processed by METALTEK CHEMICAL, in accordance with the purposes, legal grounds, collection methods, transfer to third parties, and your rights granted under the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law No. 6698"), your personal data, including identity information, contact details, messages you send, marketing information, and transaction security data, will be processed by METALTEK CHEMICAL ("Company") as the data controller, as outlined below.
Your personal data is collected by the Company as the data controller through various methods, including written or electronic methods, based on your explicit consent, the requirements of applicable law, contracts, or requests in line with the principles of good faith. This data may include identity and contact information such as your name, phone number, email, address, and other personal data that may be included in the messages you send through the contact form on our website.
Personal data collected through the contact form will be processed only for the purposes related to evaluating and responding to your inquiries, fulfilling your requests, processing your demands, providing information about our services, managing communication activities, tracking complaints or requests, and conducting service-related processes.
Your personal data may be transferred to our group companies, business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals with your explicit consent or when required by the legitimate interests of the data controller, without violating the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. Additionally, your personal data may be transferred to our international business partners, authorized public institutions, and private individuals, without explicit consent, if sufficient protection is ensured or if these entities are located in countries where adequate protection measures are in place, as declared by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
As mentioned above, the Company may share your personal data with our business partners, service providers, cloud services, or other relevant authorities both domestically and internationally, with the necessary security measures in place, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, to carry out the Company’s activities.
The personal data collected through electronic means, such as our website, or by written or oral data transmission, is processed for the purposes outlined in Article 3 of this document, based on the legal grounds provided in Article 5/2-f of Law No. 6698, which permits processing personal data without violating the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject for the legitimate interests of the data controller, and Article 5/1, which requires your explicit consent.
As a data subject, you may exercise your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 by submitting a request to our Company using the relevant form in the "Data Subject Application Form" and sending it to our email address at info@metaltekkimya.com.tr, with a mobile signature or e-signature, or by sending the form via postal mail to Saray OSB Mah. K3 Caddesi No:2/1-2-3 HAB OSB 06980 Kahramankazan /ANKARA/TURKEY. The Company will respond to your request free of charge, within the legal period of thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the request involves additional costs, the Company may charge a fee in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
