Founded in 2007, METALTEK has successfully developed 7 different maintenance chemicals, which are mandatory for use in Defense Industry Maintenance factories (such as Aircraft, Helicopters, Tanks, Weapons, Ammunition, etc.) in compliance with ASTM, SAE, and MIL standards. With the support of T\u00dcB\u0130TAK and KOSGEB Technology institutions, METALTEK became the first company in Turkey to produce these chemicals and has since become a supplier to Defense Industry Maintenance factories. In addition to domestic sales, METALTEK has also succeeded in exporting to Defense Industry companies in the United States and Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2010, METALTEK established a Test Laboratory for product development tests, and in 2012, it was accredited by the Turkish Accreditation Authority (T\u00dcRKAK) under the EN ISO 17025 standard. With more than 80 tests performed according to international standards, including Aging, Corrosion, Environmental, and Mechanical endurance tests, METALTEK began providing testing services to hundreds of manufacturers in 14 countries both domestically and internationally. In 2014, METALTEK became an approved laboratory of QUALICOAT, a Swiss-based quality organization, and joined the ranks of just 8 laboratories worldwide holding this certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Additionally, METALTEK has begun performing approval tests for many chemicals used in the Aerospace sector (such as paints, sealants, adhesives, etc.).
